Skill (Agent Skill) - ein offenes Format, um Agenten gezielt Wissen und Arbeitsabläufe beizubringen. Im Kern ein Ordner mit einer SKILL.md-Datei (Metadaten plus Anleitung), die der Agent erst dann vollständig lädt, wenn die Aufgabe dazu passt („progressive disclosure“). Löst das „N-mal-M“-Problem unzähliger Einzelanbindungen. Dauert länger, liefert aber Qualität näher an echter Facharbeit. Researcher und Analyst sind genau das.Reasoning (reasoning model) - a model that does not answer a problem instantly but breaks it into steps, checks intermediate results and works its way iteratively toward the solution (“chain-of-thought”). It takes longer, but delivers quality closer to genuine expert work. Researcher and Analyst are exactly that.
Prompt / System-Prompt / Meta-Prompt - der Prompt ist deine Eingabe. Der System-Prompt ist die unsichtbare Grund-Anweisung, die das Verhalten rahmt. Meta-Prompting heißt, mit der KI über das eigene Vorgehen zu sprechen („Lass uns zuerst den Kontext klären“) - partnerschaftlich, nicht als Korrektur.Prompt / system prompt / meta-prompt - the prompt is your input. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - die gängigste Technik für Grounding: erst relevante Quellen suchen, dann die Antwort darauf aufbauen. Halluzination / Fabulieren - eine selbstbewusst formulierte, aber faktisch falsche Antwort. Kein Vorwurf an das Produkt, das sich regelkonform verhält - sondern ein Auftrag an saubere Berechtigungsstrukturen. Aus EU-Sicht ist das kein Randthema.Oversharing - the flip side of grounding: when an agent accesses everything a person would have access to, it also surfaces what was only reachable through lax permissions. Bento-Menü - ein Gitter aus Kacheln, benannt nach der japanischen Bento-Box. Wechselt zwischen Apps oder Bereichen eines Produkts (Google nutzt es so). Klein, aber praxisrelevant - vor allem, sobald du selbst Skills benennst oder in SharePoint-Spalten stolperst.
